We’ll plan your baby’s session around your family’s style, choose pieces from the client closet, and decide how you’d love to display your portraits. Your consultation can be held in the studio or by Zoom.

Arrive and settle in while I safely guide and photograph your baby at their pace. Parents can enjoy professional hair and makeup, then join in for relaxed family portraits.

Miami Newborn Photography FAQs

When should I book my newborn photo session?

Most families reserve during the second or third trimester so there is room on the calendar. Once your baby arrives, we’ll confirm the exact session date based on your baby’s birth and recovery.

When is the best age for newborn photos?

The ideal time for sleepy, curled newborn portraits is during the first three weeks. Beautiful newborn-style photographs are still possible up to about 12 weeks, although older babies may be more alert and prefer fewer wrapped or curled poses.

What should I bring to a newborn session?

Very little. The Miami studio is stocked with newborn outfits, wraps, props, and accessories. Bring feeding supplies and any meaningful item you would like included; we’ll discuss personal pieces during planning.

How long does a newborn session take?

Full newborn sessions typically take 3–5 hours, leaving plenty of time for feeding, soothing, and breaks. Your baby’s safety and comfort guide the pace from beginning to end.

What if my baby is awake or cries?

That is completely normal. I allow time for feeding and soothing and never force a pose. If your baby stays awake, we’ll create beautiful alert portraits and adapt the session to what they need.

Do you offer in-home newborn photography in Miami?

Yes. For in-home sessions, I bring professional lighting, backdrops, wraps, outfits, props, and accessories to you. Your viewing and ordering appointment can also take place at home.

Are parents and siblings included in newborn photos?

Yes. Your newborn session can include relaxed portraits with parents and siblings, so the final gallery tells the story of your growing family as well as your baby.

Where is your Miami newborn photography studio?

The studio is located at 17900 NE 8th Avenue in Miami, Florida 33162, convenient to North Miami Beach, Aventura, Miami Beach, and families throughout South Florida.

Refund Policy: Session fees reserve your spot on our calendar, cover the deposit with the hair and makeup artist, cover items we may have purchased custom for your session, and cover our time in preparing for the session. Session fees are not refundable. Due to the custom nature of our products, image and artwork purchases are not refundable.
